  The Riviera Hotel in South Beach hosted a Private Viewing of Alexandria Hilfiger's Melting Water for the prestigious Art Basel Miami on Thursday, December 5th.
   A lively and colorful crowd gathered in the courtyard as guests including Alexandria's father Tommy Hilfiger, Madeline and Howard Marcus, Jason Binn,
Alan and Diane Lieberman and Lionel Richie enjoyed light sandwiches and cocktails by the pool.

The World Of Carter Smith Holiday Boutique at Dejavu Opening Party

Wednesday, Nov 20, The World Of Carter Smith celebrated the grand opening of his chic Manhattan Holiday Boutique at the Dejavu gallery showroom on East 60th St with an enchanting evening soiree hosted by lovely and fashionable Debbie Dickinson.

A  pianist performed as colorful, lively guests including Jane Pontarelli and Cognac Wellerlane sipped wine and Gruvi juices while admiring Carter's one-of-a-kind, silky museum quality hand dyed shibori pieces. 

Shibori is an elaborate technique involving pleating and tying fabric then applying dyes in layers. Carter’s shibori pieces have been exhibited in galleries and museums in the US 

and many foreign countries, including Japan, Korea, and New Zealand.
